Overview
After the launch of V1, Murror will expand its service to mental health professionals by allowing them to connect with patients through Murror’s app. Murror Pro's vision is to alleviate the administrative burden on doctors, allowing them to dedicate more time to patients and gain a deeper understanding of their patient's needs.

Impacts of Murror Pro's idea
Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems on the market are often not intuitive or user-friendly for healthcare professionals. The vast amount of patient data collected daily makes these systems even more confusing for many users. Murror Pro is here to streamline these challenges and provide a more efficient solution.

HIGHLIGHTS AND PREVIEW
Customization Tool Set
Preferences-based: Each health professional has their own way of saving data. Providing them with an EHR that allows customization of their desired tools would enhance user engagement.

AI-Recording Meeting
The idea was implemented using Otter.ai to assist with transcription and summarization for healthcare professionals. All data will be saved in their EHR. Additionally, smart features such as suggestions help them identify what might be missing during the conversation.

OBJECTIVES
Build an AI-driven experience that will simplify the treatment process.
Allow doctors to create personalized treatment plans for patients based on their needs and goals. Provide doctors with insights, and trends from the patients.
Allow doctors to streamline the payment process and monetize through the platform.
Implement features to detect and respond to potential crisis situations, especially suicidal ideation. Alert doctor for immediate intervention.
Allow AI-model to learn through conversations of each therapy session to develop a personalize schedule and recommendations based on the patient’s needs.
PROBLEMS ADDRESSED
Following up with patients/clients in between sessions
Patients/clients may need follow-up or check-in during the time between scheduled appointments. Often if someone has a solo practice (or small practice), this may be hard to do on a regular basis due to the amount of time it takes to call and speak to a patient/client.
There aren’t enough therapists nor psychiatrists to meet the needs of people struggling with mental health issues. Also, many clinicians are burned out and may not be able to meet with patients/clients as often as they’d like, or may not have the capacity to see as many.
Mental health clinicians have long waitlists and it’s hard to meet the demand or may feel burned out from having full schedules.
Receiving payments is what allows mental health clinicians to keep their businesses running, but sometimes patients/clients don’t pay on time and need constant reminders. Most of my patients who struggle to pay usually don’t have time to call and update their insurance or credit card info. They are also concerned about security when sending this information online.
Many mental health clinicians accept insurance, which is complicated, but a growing number prefer to be cash-only as insurance companies become harder to deal with. Cash-only clinicians would be the target population for this solution.
Handling billing issues
Having to document and create a note for each appointment is very time-consuming and is often why clinicians work after hours. Documenting during the appointment (instead of focusing on the patient) also takes away from the therapeutic connection during sessions if the clinician is too busy taking notes.
Charting
There are a total of 8–9 key problems that need to be addressed and considered throughout the design process!
And many many many more…
PROCESS RISKS
Ethical Consideration: Sensitive patient information carries the risk of data breaches and privacy violations.
The Use Of AI: Ensure transparency in decision-making algorithms for AI to avoid biased decisions.
Users' Mental Model: Ensure our users, both doctors and patients, have available resources and are accessible when using a new application/system
DATA COLLECTED
Qualitative Data: Interviews with health professionals, Focus Groups, Observation Sessions.
Quantitative Data: Survey to health professionals, A/B Testing.
Others: HIIPA-compliant Research, Benchmarking, Minimum Viable Product (MVP) Identification, Heuristic Evaluation.
Automated note-taking Each session with patients will be automatically transcribed and summarized by the AI assistant. This allows mental health professionals to focus mainly on the conversation without being distracted by note-taking.
Enhanced patient prioritization The AI assistant identifies patients requiring and those who need attention from the doctors most. It prioritizes and highlights these patients first by providing their status and recent activity.
Patient data management The AI assistant helps doctors organize patient data and securely manage personal information, medical history, treatment plan notes, and progress statistics.
Historical data analysis The AI assistant will provide insights by analyzing historical patient data and treatment outcomes. Helps the patient make informed decisions.
Emotional well-being detected An AI assistant analyzes speech patterns or text input and provides alerts for potential concerns based on the analysis. These concerns may include suicidal ideation and MDD (major depressive disorder).
Reminders, alerts, and update The AI assistant will send reminders to both doctors and patients for appointments, medication schedules, and current self-care activities.
Appointment management Allow doctors to create appointments and offer doctors a comprehensive overview of their schedule, such as daily and weekly views.
Treatment plan management Allow doctors to update treatment plans, ensuring alignment with both doctors' expertise and patient preferences. The AI assistant facilitates this process when the plans are updated and delivers both exercises and reminders to patients in Murror.
Secure communication Apply HIPAA compliance, and provide secure channels for communication between doctors and patients or sensitive patient information.
Holistic support Support doctors by providing tools, resources, tips, and reminders. This includes stress management tips and tools tips. This will also include their work week, session hours, and availability.
